Permanent exhibition

Manang Culture MuseumPermanent exhibition of the photgraphic set Manang 30 Years After can be seen in Manang Culture Museum in Manang Village, Nepal. There are total 60 images in the 30x40 cm format. Exhbition set was brought there by authors as part of Expedition Manang 2011.

Starting ceremony was held in 4th April 2011.

Museum is open over the trekking season (March to May, October to November) from 10 am to 5 pm for 100 nepali rupees admission. In case museum is closed, please contact staff of neighbouring Mavis kitchen.

How to get there

Manang village is located on the popular trekking trail around Annapurna range, in elevation of 3540 meters. It's accessible by flight from Pokhara to Humde airport which is just 2 hours walk from Manang.

Trekking to Manang begins in Besisahar town from where you can take a jeep till Sirchaur village. From there you have to walk for five to six days. Bon voyage!
